Our large and diverse client base includes many of the largest corporations and multi-location customers in South Carolina.  They entrust us with the maintenance of hundreds of devices in many locations throughout the state.  We return their trust with our pledge that our technicians are friendly, dependable and highly trained.  

Over 20 years ago, Carolina Backflow was founded on American ideals like hard work, grit and integrity.  We are proud to employ a full team that can do every part without having to hire outside subcontractors.   Currently, we have 5 full-time testers with significant field testing and repair experience, as well as related experience in water distribution, hydraulics, precision tuning and repair of mechanical devices, and pipefitting.  We require that our field team be involved in continuing education in this industry to learn new technologies and techniques to stay on the forefront of water safety. 

Our technicians must have a greater level of education and professionalism in addition to their license.  Hydraulics and the finer points of trouble-shooting backflow valves is highly technical and our standards are lofty.

Once educated and licensed, then we require them to work 6 additional months under a senior tech as an apprentice.  After this, they endure a strict evaluation to verify that they meet our standards and only then are they sent out into the field. 

Our technicians, and their families that stand behind them are very important to us as they are our greatest asset.  Without an educated and prepared team, mistakes can be made with serious repercussions.  Therefore, Carolina Backflow is extremely diligent and very confident that every link in the strong chain of our company is very secure for you to have peace of mind.
